Chemical Property The product is stable under normal temperature. It can be stored under room temperature over a long period of time. Its function is triallyl when initiated by oxide, TAIC is easier to take homopolymer reaction than other allyl to produce faint yellow, transparent and solid homopolymer. TAIC can also take homopolymer reaction with vinyl monomer. It can change to be homopolymer in block after being heated to 140(¡ãC) in the air.
Usage (1)Cross link and modifier of polyolefin
(2)Vulcanization aid for special rubber;
TAIC can be used as vulcanizing agent (together with DCP) for the special rubbers, such as EPDM, fluoro gum, silicom rubber and polyurethane etc. Generally adding 0.5-3(%)s of TAIC can notably reduce vulcanizing time, improve mechanical, anti-friction, anti-weathering and anti-solvent property of the rubber.
(3)Cross-link for unsaturation glass fiber reinforced plastic:
When heat pressing unsaturation glass fiber reinforced plastic, adding a little TAIC as cross-link may notably improve anti-heat property and mechanical strength of the product. The anti-heat property can be increased to 200(¡ãC) and more.
(4)Iner-plasticizer for polystyrene:
After take copolymerization with TAIC, the main shortcomings of normal polystyrene can be overcome and a softer product with good anti-heat property can be made.
(5) Intermediate:
Intermediate of TBC and TCC can be used to synthetize photocurable coating and etch-resist agent with anti-heat and anti-weathering property Their packaging , transportation and storage sctivities are as following.
Packaged by iron bucket coated with zinc. Each bucker can package 250kg or 20kg and should be stored keeping aways from light and heat.Thesuitable temperature for transportation and storage should be below 25(¡ãC). The retention period is one year(below 25(¡ãC). And non-hazardous articles can be transported and stored as general chemical products.
For example: (rubber cabvle sheath) Ethylene propylene rubber: 100 shares; Trially isocyante(TAIC):10 shares;
Dicumyl peroxide: 2.5 shares; M-phenyl bimaleimine: 0.5 shares;
Sulfamic acid: 1 share; Suitable inorganic stuffing and reinforcing agent;
